I guess all Londoners know or have at least heard about Ottolenghi, he is a famous for his inspiring cook books and of course his eastern European delis and restaurant. There is a restaurant in Islington and three delis in Kensington, Belgravia and Notting Hill. I always feel in food heaven when I go to Ottolenghi, so last time I’ve been to the one in Notting Hill. It is a really small deli with just one table to share, therefore I decided to take my cake and rugelach (a kind of eastern European cinnamon role) away. The food is amazing, first of all there is a laaarge choice of savoury and sweet delicacies from cupcakes to seared tuna salad. The salads are in big bowls on the counter and the sweets are lovely arranged in the window display, the vibrant colours of the food makes it hard to decide what to choose, I think the best idea is to go there as often as possible and just try everything! I’m not done with trying all the things yet.
Everything is super healthy and looks mouth-watering! Ottolenghi’s delis are the perfect place for healthy and delicious quality food. Have a look at the photos I took and you know what I am talking about.

J’imagine que tout les londoniens connaissent ou au moins ont entendus parler d’Ottolenghi, célèbre grâce à ces livres de cuisine inspirants, et évidement grâce à ses restaurants et délis venant tout droit d’Europe de l’Est. Il y a un restaurant à Isington et trois délis à Kensington, Belgravia et Notting Hill. Je me sens toujours au paradis de la nourriture quand je rentre dans Ottolenghi, donc récemment je me suis rendu à celui de Notting Hill. C’est tout petit avec juste une table à partager, ainsi j’ai décidé de prendre mon gâteau et mon rugelach (une sorte de rouleau à la cannelle méditeranéen) à l’emporter. La nourriture est exceptionnelle, tout d’abord il y a un laaarge choix de gourmandises sucrées et salées, des cupcakes aux salades de thon poêlé. Les salades sont organisées dans des énormes bols sur le comptoir et les produits sucrés sont placés dans la vitrine. Les couleurs vives de la nourriture rendent le choix difficile, je pense que la meilleure solution est d’y aller aussi souvent que possible et tout essayer! Je n’ai pour ma part pas pu encore tout essayer.
Tout est super bon pour la santé et met l’eau à la bouche! Les délis d’Ottolenghi sont parfaits pour pour de la nourriture saine, délicieuse, et de qualité. Jetez un coup d’oeil aux photos que j’ai prises et vous saurez de quoi je parle.
